The infamous Vegas Vic, complete with waving arm! He measures approximately 2" tall. This incredible sign was erected on the exterior of The Pioneer Club in Las Vegas, in 1951. It was designed by Pat Denner, who modeled it after the image in use by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
